We offer full-spectrum primary care and urgent care in a safe, comfortable environment. We are dedicated to providing all students and staff at Mt Abe Middle and High School with high-quality health care and wellness.

Every Friday while school is in session

11AM - 2PM

Location: Mt Abe Health Office

Visits can be scheduled through this website or with the school nurses. Students and staff who are not Mountain Health patients can be seen and do not need to change their primary care provider. Prior to your appointment, you will need to sign the forms on this website and return them to the health office.
